NC-213 Annual Meeting 2021 -  Please see this message from NC-213 Chair, Griffiths Atungulu

    To NC-213 Members and Partners:

The NC-213 Annual Meeting for 2021 was held Virtually and was hosted by North Dakota State University on March 30 and March 31, 2021. The meeting was held for approximately four hours each day. The Planning Committee wanted to make sure that breaks were built into the program and based on their experience with virtual meetings, did not want the group to sit in front of their computer for many hours.

Senay Simsek, N.D.S.U., NC-213 Co-Chair, was the Host and was assisted by Scott Swanson, Electronic Media Specialist, Extension Agricultural Communication. Senay, along with Griffiths Atungulu, University of Arkansas, NC-213 Chair, Gretchen Mosher, Iowa State University, NC-213 Co-Chair, and Chuck Hill, AgReliant Genetics LLC, NC-213 Industry Advisory Committee Chair, put together an excellent program. Even though the meeting was a virtual meeting, the group received very positive comments on the meeting layout and content. Interestingly, 74 individuals registered for the meeting! 51 Land Grant Institution registrations, 18 Industry registrations, and five (5) U.S.D.A. Agency registrations.

Plans for the 2022 meeting are under development and details will be provided when available.
